Participants will learn to:
- Understand the purpose of an emergency plan and the importance of structured evacuation procedures
- Identify and perform the roles of the Emergency Controller, Communication Officer, Zone Marshal, First Aid Team Leader, and Deputies
- Apply evacuation control principles, employee guidelines, and interpret floor plans during emergencies
- Manage individual and group emergencies, responding appropriately to different incident types
- Use correct communication protocols and emergency contact procedures
- Apply coordination principles and perform basic rescue carries where needed
- Participate in a practical emergency drill and role-play exercise to simulate real-life evacuation scenarios
