The Occupational Health & Safety Representative Training Course by Enact Solutions empowers designated safety representatives with the essential knowledge and skills to uphold and promote workplace health, safety, and wellbeing. This one-day accredited course meets the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), equipping participants to identify hazards, conduct inspections, participate in investigations, and represent employees in health and safety matters – fostering a proactive, compliant, and safety-conscious workplace.
Participants will learn to:
- Understand the functions and responsibilities of a workplace health and safety representative
- Gain an introduction to health and safety principles and workplace risk awareness
