Over the past two weeks, Enact Solutions has been delivering workplace safety training across multiple provinces, supporting businesses in manufacturing, warehousing, mining, energy and customer service.

From everyday workplace emergencies to specialised industrial safety requirements, here’s where our teams have been making an impact.

Cape Town | Building Safer Workplaces

Our Western Cape teams delivered First Aid Level 1, Basic Fire and Occupational Health & Safety Representative training to various warehousing and manufacturing clients.

These essential courses help employees develop the skills and confidence to respond to workplace incidents and support safer working environments.

KwaZulu-Natal | Safety & Wellbeing Across Industries

In Umhlanga, our trainers conducted Mental Health First Aid programmes across multiple sites for a call centre client, strengthening awareness and confidence around mental health in the workplace.

Additional mandatory workplace safety training took place across Morningside, Ballito, Phoenix Industrial Park and KwaMashu.

Mpumalanga & North West | Preparing for High-Risk Operations

Our Gauteng-based team welcomed learners from across the African continent to Secunda, where we delivered specialised training for one of our global clients.

Training included:

• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
• Legal Liability
• Confined Space Entry
• Working at Heights

These programmes formed part of preparations for shutdown activities at a South African fuel plant, where safety competence and site-access requirements are critical.

Meanwhile, our team also delivered First Aid training to a mining client in Orkney.

Eastern Cape | Fire Safety in Focus

In Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Basic and Advanced Fire training commenced for employees at a carbon plant, with further sessions scheduled over the following two weeks.

Our regional training activity also extended into the Bizana area.
